"I today phoned Queenslanders to get more information about the recent changes to the NetBanking site. I spoke to Lauren, who was able to explain to me the new system very efficiently and I was able to easily comprehend the new info. It's very refreshing to speak to someone and be able to receive correct information. She deserves a pat on the back.
As for the new NetBanking security measures, they are fantastic. I have only ever had QCU accounts so I am not aware if other credit unions/banks have anything similar, but if not they should. The SMS Security feature eliminates hackers gaining access to my account. Great work."
